This essay is about a personal experience that changed me to be stronger in a way and helped me realize a couple of things about myself. I think the draft itself doesnt need much change but feel free to give any requests you may think will help me make it better. I’m not going to ruin the story so go on and read it for yourself, if you enjoy it, then i’m glad and if you don’t i’m still happy you took the time to read it.

Three robbers went into a church on Easter Sunday and walked out with cash. They walked into Universal Church of the Kingdom of God on Bedford Ave. claiming that they had to use the bathroom. Instead they pulled out a black firearm and demanded money from the pastor. It was around 4Pm and everyone was getting ready for Easter Sunday mass. They ran out of the church with about 3,000 dollars. This act is really sickening and the money they stole will definately not buy them a ticket to heaven. They bought themselves an express ticket to hell. These robbers had to be really desperate to do what they did. Its one thing to rob a church but to rob a church on Easter Sunday makes it even more horrible. I myself am not a radical catholic and the most faithful to my religion but I most definately look down on this act with disgust. There is no excuse for this robbery and I dont care what reason they would give for it, it just wouldnt be able to cover up the guilt of the act. Anyway the money that they stole probobly didnt go for a good cause or for something useful, it probobly didnt go for rent or to help ones family. The money they stole had to go to their own wants or like drugs or something. These degenarates will get their’s also and will pay for their act one way or another. Some where down the line something will happend and they will feel the sweet taste of retribution. I hope that they are caught and dealt with the strictest authority. A crime like that shouldnt go left unpunished and down the line they will get theirs. They will be judged…

Recently, 2 journalists were killed in Russia in two separate incidents. The first television journalist was shot up in his car when a group of unidentified gunmen opened fire on his vehicle. The second incident was that the journalist was found strangled in his Moscow apartment. Sine the year 2000, more than a dozen journalists were killed in contract-style killings. In Russia you really have to watch what you say and who you say it about. Many high standing officials really take to the heart what you say about them and any false information that is given or any information that might hurt the reputation of the official can bring death to the one saying it. It is a very difficult situation in Russian after the fall of communism because mafias arose and the KGB is still in affect. When the Communist government ruled, when there were breaches of information or any accusations given by citizens or the people of russia. They were easily hunted down by the KGB and their files of existence where erased. The government would fix everything up to show that that person never really existed to cover-up for murders. Since then, the KGB has calmed down and the murder rates have dropped. These days different Russian mafias are responsible for these types of contract killings and the media tries to control its information and its identity of the workers for their own safety. People are journalists all over the world and it seems as a normal career but in Russia you have to be courageus to be a journalist and really watch what you say. Like the old saying has it, “Curiosity killed the cat” well same goes for the journalists in Russia. As long as they watch there words, they will keep themselves safe from harm.

Up until know Cuban’s were not allowed to use cell phones. Cell phones were only allowed to Communist elite officials and people who had connections to get them. Its probobly not gonna work so good from the start because average monthly salary in Cuba is about 20 dollars and it will take a long time before everyone gets aquitted to the new privelage for the Cubans. Also because of the Communist rule in Cuba, technology has been standing in place so by the time the cubans get use to knowing how to use the cell phone and actually put it too use maybe new privelages will open for the cuban people. Allowing Cubans to have cell phones might seem as a small advancement but it is seen differently by the Cuban people. It is seen as a sign of liberization by the newly installed president Raul Castro. Cuba is still under communist rule and I beleive that even if the citizens have the cell phones now they will still be monitored by the communist party. The strength and level of communist rule  I beleive is dropping and by allowing more freedoms for the people in the future will show its shift to a lighter style of government. With Raul Castro as Cuba’s president we will see how Cuba will change and what prizes are in store for the country. Allowing cell phones for the people of Cuba was a start, we will see what comes next…

Once again a teacher is held acountable of rape and endangering the welfare of a child after she seduced a 16 year old boy into having sex with her. The boy was a student of hers and they got to know each other asside from school and away from the classroom. They cruised around and later talked about sex in the school’s parking lot and then finally got into action. Well I highly doubt the boy considered it rape, after the act he was probobly happy like a child on christmas eve. Even if it inst sure yet that he gave consent to the act, it is most likely true that he wanted it and saw the oppurtunity to have sex with the teacher so he went for it. Maybe it would of gotten him an A+ in the class, who knows. He would of succeeded with it to if he wouldnt have gave lied to his father with the worst kind of excuse possible. Well the father eventually go the truth out of the boy and also got the courage to actually testify against the teacher. From my point of view, I thought that the father might actually be proud of his son and give him a nice “Congradulations boy, you just went from a boy to a man” type of speech, but I guess not. I also highly doubt that the boy is traumatized from the act, well maybe he is kind of since the teacher isnt the most attractive women possible, but thats about it. After getting back to school all his friends were probobly cheering him on and giving him props on having sex with the teacher. Well, the teacher probobly feels stupid that she got caught and the event wont be pleasantly remembered in her mind, but the boy will never forget it. There is also a possibility that the boy just made it up but so far that hasnt been proven yet. Time will tell and we will see what will happen. Teacher-student sex scandals are becoming more and more popular by the day to the point where it gets funny.

Nothing explains cowardice and disgust more than communist scum Russia in its previous times. On March 5th 1940 over 22,000 Polish officers, lawyers, doctors and citizens were rounded up in the Katyn forest in Russia. These executions were performed by the Soviets under Stalins’ control and then covered up. It was a sick act and only a coward would perform such a thing. In 1943, the Germans found the graves and publicized them, putting the blame on the Russians and also breaking diplomatic relations between the USSR and Poland. However, the coward communist Soviet Union denyed the Massacre and said that the ones responsible was Nazi Germany. The Germans however had nothing to do with the act and it was clear that Russia was just trying to cover up its atrocity by putting the blame on the Germans thinking that everyone will beleive them. Even at the Nuremburg war trials, they tried to incorporate the Katyn genocide as a crime made by the Germans, luckily it was dropped and the true criminal was later revealed. In 1990, president Mickhail Gorbachev admitted Russia’s involvement in the massacre which is a disgrace since so many years went by and they still tried to blame the Germans for the massacre and their own cowardice. Russia also later took over Poland much easier since most of Poland’s intelligence was slaughtered in the massacre making Poland an easier target for Soviet Russia.

In 1995 there was a memorial held for the families killed in the Katyn Massacre and Boris Yeltzin of Russia was invited to take part in the memorial. However, he denied coming showing alot about the Russian government. The Germans long apologized for what happend in WW2 but the Russians never apologized for their cowardly crime which, I beleive is more serious than any crime commited by the Germans. I just have one more thing to say to those cowardly communists of the Soviet regime and to those who continue now to support communism, for this act I hope your soul never finds peace and that there is no way to forgive your people by this act commited. One day there will be retribution, and you will realize how sorry you should be for this rape and murder of the Polish nation. Time will tell, and this will never be forgotten…

Signing up for the army is a decision that takes time to make. Not alot of people enlist in the army and feel that they have what it takes to be a soldier for this country. If you do enlist and pass the fac that you might be killed in battle, there are still a couple of tests you must take to prove you are in shape for the army. Well one man had that test coming but decided to prepare at the wrong place in the wrong time. A newly enlisted soldier decided to take a jog in Central Park to get in shape for his physical exam but was in for a rude disturbance. While jogging he was stopped by a stranger in a hood and out of no where another man leaped out of the bushes. They slashed him with a knife and stole his ipod and wallet luckily leaving him with his cell phone. He was also helped by a 2 bicyclists just out for a ride in the park. This act was something horrible and could only be done by low life druggies with no future to look forward to. After robbing him they probobly used to the money to get drugs or something else because I doubt they used the money for a reasonable purpose. I also find it a disgusting act since this man was a future soldier, someone who would be fighting for the future of this country and its well-being. These soul-less degenerates must be caught and the park itself should be scoped out and protected more. Central park might look nice during the day, but as soon as night hits it is like a rotten apple which rotted from the inside. There are alot of rapes, muggings and even murders that go on in that park as something has to be done to protect people who decide to use the park for what it was made for. Incidents like these cant go on and something has to be done!
